Human Resources is facing new challenges and opportunities with the increasing use of Big Data and the digitization. Moreover, the GDPR rules will impact a lot the digitalisation in general.
On January 23rd, Agoria organized a workshop led by Thierry Vierin and Benjamin Docquir of attorney office Osborne Clarke to discuss the influence of the GDPR on the digitizing of all processes.
Reggy-Charles Degen, founder of Q7 Leader and leader of the EMM Leadership Module at the Solvay Business School, was invited to this lunch-debate as a keynote speaker. Reggy-Charles Degen has an experience of more than 25 years in Human Resources acquired in big international companies where he occupied Executive HR positions. He gave the audience some insights regarding the transformation of the Human Resources in a VUCA (Volatile, Incertain, Complex & Ambiguous) world. Companies are still nowadays looking for high performance. According to Reggy-Charles Degen, companies can get the full potential out of their Human Capital through Collaborative Talent Management. A collaborative way of working can be sustained by more objectivity in the HR processes and the use of Big Data.
This workshop will be followed by another session where suppliers of HR digital solutions will expose some concrete cases.
